14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If our audit doesn't reveal a single gap or improvement in your evidence within 14 days, we'll give you your money back. No questions asked.

Premium 90% Readiness Guarantee: If our platform confirms your application as "Endorsement Ready" based on current 2026 Tech Nation criteria and you are not endorsed, we will refund your payment in full. This guarantee applies to the platform readiness score and does not guarantee the endorsing body's final subjective decision.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date
  • You have not submitted your application to Tech Nation using our service
  • You have not exported or downloaded the final Endorsement-Ready audit report

Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for requests made after 14 days or after partial use of services.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free eligibility assessments (no payment was made)
  • Services where a final audit report has been exported or downloaded
  • Applications that have been submitted to Tech Nation
  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

3. Refund by Plan Type

Standard Plan (£299)

  • Full refund if requested within 14 days and no final audit report has been exported
  • 50% refund if an audit report has been generated but application not submitted
  • No refund after submission to Tech Nation

Premium Plan (£499)

  • Full refund if requested within 14 days and no final audit report has been exported
  • 75% refund if audit reports have been used but application not submitted
  • 90% Readiness Guarantee: full refund if confirmed "Endorsement Ready" and not endorsed (based on current 2026 criteria)
  • No refund after successful endorsement

Enterprise Plan (Custom)

Refund terms for Enterprise plans are specified in individual contracts. Please contact your account manager for details.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email support@getendorsed.co.uk with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide your order/transaction ID (from your receipt)
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
  • Your access to paid features will be revoked upon refund processing

6. Visa Application Outcome

Important Notice:

Our service provides evidence verification, compliance auditing, and application review. Outside of the 90% Readiness Guarantee on Premium plans, we do not offer refunds based on the outcome of your endorsement or visa application. The final decision rests with the endorsing body and UK Visas & Immigration.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by emailing legal@getendorsed.co.uk
  • Contact your credit card company to dispute the charge
  • Use alternative dispute resolution services

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
